I was extremely happy when mom told me that my little nephew had a name after he had been born for nearly a month. After all, the picked name was my suggestion. My roommate is a beautiful girl who has long hair and big eyes. Besides, she is tall. There is no denying that she has many virtues, but I cannot stand her self-obsession. Whenever we go into the elevator which has a big mirror or we go shopping for clothes, she will definitely stand before the mirror looking at herself for a long time. I can imagine the picture when she is at home. I really think that it's much better if she is less aware of her beauty. Although she is beautiful, but not charming at all. I cannot say that to her, because girls won't listen and they are so difficult to deal with. I'm a female and I'm not ugly. I don't like to use makeup for the materials make my face uncomfortable. Getting old is a huge thing for women and they try nearly everything to slow this process. As for me, I'm totally okay with becoming no longer young.
If I don't close my eyes until it has past 12 in the midnight, I will normally have a headache and uncomfortable eyes the next day. Some women like long fignernails but I prefer clean and short ones. In a word, I do not care so much on my appearance. What I do pay attention to is to make sure that I have a robust body and a clear mind. I don't give public speech often, but I think that it is pretty cool if I can express myself clearly and the listeners can get my point. If I feel a little bit nervous in front of a large audience, I will pretend that they all only wear underwears. Indeed, it gives me a real relief.
My favorite TV series is the Friends which is familiar to English major students. The reason why it is so popular is that it shows us the true meaning of friendship and love. The six characters have different personalities but they are all interesting and super cute. I will recommend it to my future children which I believe that they will benefit from it a lot. On some occasions, I will buy two identical things such as food and clothes at a time. It ended up being not so satisfactory.
