Summary
How to be brilliant in daily life and job is the major topic of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6.There are three points that exert great importance,in my view,on the road to success.
The first is "Find ". Finding a superior teacher and finding out his brilliance are significant elements.These do help you see the level of your field at its the topmost,and acquire the guidance at its best.On the other hand,you should find resources of your field and group consisting of like-minded people.
The second principle contributes to "Focus ". Whether focusing on deliberate practice is a determined factor for you.Yet,focusing on efficient deliberate practices also mean that you need focus on seeing,doing,and teaching one.As a result of it,you would reconstruct the structure of your knowledge and skill.
However,the progress of training is more difficult than the difficulties,involving the period of plateau,seducement and self-denial,which could lead us to giving up halfway.
Therefore,feedback is the last and necessary point.On the one hand,we can hone our skills by overcoming weaknesses,learning from accurate feedback.Of course,expert teacher assumes so enormous importance in providing it that we can't ignore the weight of first point. On the other hand,it is beneficial for us to maintain enough motivation by getting efficient feedback,ranging from social environment and ourselves performances to others admiration,so that we could hold on to the last.
In a nutshell,deliberate practice is a pluralistic program.We should practice it wisely.

首先，好的老师能不仅让我们看到行业的最高处，给我们提供好的方法论、大量实战机会，以及实战中及时反馈，通过与优秀大脑的互联，分享自己的知识点滴我们能更快促进知识的积累，避开误区，再通过自己的可以刻意练习的努力获得技术的提高。而不是闭门机械化的盲目努力。其次，与志同道合者组成的好的社群分享，彼此不断交流，一则自己输出带动输入学习see，再次实践do 验证并重塑知识结构内化再输出teach，这样知识才由“知”变“识”；二则，像古典《跃迁》所说用自己知道的知识抛砖引玉，联机学习，实现自己知识跃迁。这就需要自己分享teach～能分享，自己有知识储备用于分享；愿分享，把自己的知识总结分享，而不是担心自己因此受损。此处自己打脸了，日常学习中，其实对于自己学习知识的分享有所保留，会担心别人会因此优于自己。现在想想虽可笑，但一方便也说明自己超越别人不够远，点滴分享别人就能由于自己，另一方面，如书中提到：“分享会让你把注意力放到自己应该努力的环节，而不是小心翼翼地掖着藏着”。让自己知识输出成为产品而不是自嗨的收藏品。会分享，更精进。

最近读诗：我们总是触动于过眼云烟般的幻想，而忘了生命本身的就是奇迹。“ We are struck with admiration at some of its transient modifications, but it is itself the great miracle” On Life Shelley.个人理解为这是对生命生活自己那份赤子之心的不专注。书中反复提到在日常和工作中专注性的重要，而对于自己的所处的事业领域，琐碎诱惑下，我们常常迷失，不够专注。古典跃迁也提到：“上天给你无限的机会，却只给你有限的时间、精力和才华，所以越是优秀，越要专注。”细思自己，小的方面，课上翻看手机的频率高，看书看一半刷朋友圈等；大的方面，自己选择最终的目标是否是付出足够的专注力的？不仅只是知道，还要刻意练习，练专注力。带着自己的问题，找到自己的focus，then focus it，生活中、事业上。
