OK, the actor i have decided to talk to you about is Stephen Chow, who ,i suppose 认定 it is fair to say, is one of the most popular actor with high reputation in China. Almost everyone in China knows him because he brings us lots laughs and joys.
when it comes to how i knew him, i have watched his films since i was a children.
And as for what kind of person he is, i would say i do not know him personally of course, but the impression he leaves on me is that he is a down to earth guy. I suppose that is because he was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth.
Here are my reasons why he is so popular.
First of all, he created numerous film masterpieces, such as king of comedy, shaolin soccer and you name it. And his films use a humorous approach so that they really enable the audience to relax themselves and forget annoying things.
Nowadays, people are faced with so much pressure in fast-paced urban life that we need comic actor like him to remind us that Life is not a race, but a journey to be appreciate /savored each step of the way, and we are supposed to embrace life with more optimism.
Then his great spirits of never giving up and persistence inspire those living at the bottom of the society like him. He make us believe that everyone has the same right to dream what you imagine., to chase what you want.
Although he has gained a lot reputation and wealth, he still keeps unassuming manner and set a good example for us.
