练习感悟：
我是看见我们学校一位已经毕业的师姐在pyq发的链接，然后我就觉得很符合我的口味，而且这个训练中的L0和L3就刚刚好对标着我们广东省高中英语听说考试的PART A和PART C。今天是这个开始一年持续力训练的第一天，也是一种比较好的开始吧！接下来不出意外的话我正常的配置就是0+3+4，然后我会上传我L3的复述草稿到文章里。lesson 1 算是比较简单的一段对话，正常水平就能很好的读出来，继续慢慢探索吧！
