今天第一场打了76（+4），总体成绩算很不错。明天第二场，十分关键，决定了我能不能进后天的总决赛。趁今晚要交007的作业，写一篇文章总结哪里做得好、什么地方还有进步空间。用Good Better How的方法, what did I do good, what can I do better and how to do it。
Good：
Good course strategy (check pin sheet, yardage book and work out strategy)
Focus and 100% commitment every shot
quiet and calm mindset between shots
Thinking every hole is the 1st hole (stay present)
Better:
Tee shots not so straight
Lag putt distance control and aim (leaving second putt 5 feet within the hole)
Positive and clear intention before each shot (Focus on what I want to do)
How:
Breathing (inhale deeply; exhale slowly and smoothly)
Vision the ball’s movement (speed and direction) toward the hole
