This morning, I carried on the outdoor fitness test. The test scores is a vital standard of outstanding students selection. I failed in the last selection because the fitness test scores.Now, I must pass the test.
I made a lot of preparation for this test. Some days ago, I started to do push-ups directly I get up. I did 10push-ups first day, and I add one every day. Yesterday, I did 70. One week ago, I began to run 5 kilometres every day.
As I expected, I got good grade in the test. I took three minutes and 32 seconds to run over one kilometre. This is 29 seconds less than last. And I did 15 chinnings. This is 12 more than last.
In the test, I don't know whether my method is correct, but did. I also understand a truth: if I can do it by working hard, why I can't complete other things?
