Pingduoduo , a listed（上市的） electronics company in 2018 seemed suddenly emerged for a great many people. It took merely three years to become China's third largest e-commerce platform（电商平台）. But in an interview with Zhang Peng, the founder of Geek Park, Huang Zheng, the founder of Pingduoduo, said that Pingduo was actually an iteration（迭代）, and that commerce was actually a process.
Huang's first entrepreneurship programs（创业项目） was an e-commerce company, a bit like a website selling mobile phones vertically. Today, it seems obvious that this business should belong to Jingdong. And yet Huang and his team believe that entrepreneurship is not a one-off interaction（一次性买卖）， but a process. Moreover, it is also necessary to learn in the process. He drew an analogy, just like a person in elementary school, middle school, and university, entrepreneurship should also be such a gradual process of progress, and, only by doing well in the front, could it be possible to do the latter. For example, only if you study well in middle school can you be admitted to university.
Consequently it seems that Pingduoduo has risen rapidly. In effect, the core team of Pingduoduo had been working together for ten years, but it was previously in primary school and middle school that you did Pingduoduo before you went to university.
Furthermore,because Pindo is an iterative thing, it is not easy to be imitated . Although its front end（前端） looks very simple, it appears that as long as you imitate it, you can quickly make an identical thing out. However, the back-end operation and matching algorithms（匹配的算法）, including the speed of development, are all groped out bit by bit, and are made by conquering trial and error bit by bit. In Huang's words, "A lot of underwater kungfu is invisible to you. It's the real underwater Kungfu that supports this thing forward."
Huang also talked about his observation of the differences between the fourth-and fifth-tier （四五线）cities and the second-tier cities in China. From the consumption point of view, the mobile Internet is actually leveling （扯平）the users. It enables the vast majority of Chinese people to have the same information acquisition and trading capabilities as the first-tier cities. In addition, the construction of logistics（物流） network is also leveling the gap between different cities. At the same time, the accumulation of wealth in the past decades has made most Chinese much richer than before. However, there is a big gap between the fourth-and fifth-tier cities and the second-tier cities on the purchasable goods. There is a lot of room for growth.
From the perspective of supply, Huang believes that the accumulation and growth of technology and equipment in many factories in China are amazing. However, these factories used to be only finished factories（加工厂） producing for foreign brands, and reap little profit . If these factories can have their own brand, they can also win the trust of consumers, and there is also huge room for growth from the supply point of view.
