Today's long long working day.
In the morning I worked together with Rose in CloudNest coffee.
I was not feeling good about my stomach after lunch.
In the night I participated an activity held in Beijing Institute of Technology and gave my speech on Bitcoin Principle. Got back home till 23:00.
Then I drafted a two-page document about A Few Thoughts On HR And Admin for communicating with Rose later on, in which I mainly proposed the salary structure (LIP model & formula) and annual bonus formula. Besides, I proposed work division between us two and asked if she could acting the COO role. I finished my paperwork at 1:00 overnight.
In fact I felt lack of energy and kind of sleepy when I was in BIT before I gave my keynote speech, but I was quickly charged with full energy after my 20 minutes talk in front of hundreds of college students.
I was planning in my mind to turn a topic that I talked about for answering a student's question after the speech to an article on discussing why Bitcoin has value?
However, it's too late and I must sleep now. I have had very late sleep for a few days and it's not sustainable. Take care!
