使用方式很简单，导入进去之后，在AppDelegate的
添加一句
func application(_ application: UIApplication, didFinishLaunchingWithOptions launchOptions: [UIApplicationLaunchOptionsKey: Any]?) -> Bool {
//检测FPS
RFPS.trackFPS()
return true
}
