Appreciate Mei from Cosmic Citizens, I had the chance to read this book, called the untethered soul once again. It was written by Micheal A. Singer, the #1 New Your Times Bestseller. More than one and a half years ago, I read this book for the first time. I was impressed to know that how I could connect with my inner roommate. It was not exaggerate to say the little seed to explore my inner self has been planted in my heart.
It took me almost 160 minutes to finish reading this book. This book included mainly five different parts.
Part 1:Awakening Consciousness
Inner Roommate
The very first step to find inner peace is to awaken our inner roommate. How shall we awaken our inner roommate? We should start by asking following questions.
Q1. What should I do about it?
Q2. What a problem is disturbing you?
Q3. Who is that sees this?
These questions will lead us to build a subject-object relationship with our inner roommate. We should learn to let go the part of ourselves that seem to have so many problems and free ourselves from the mental melodrama.
The Lucid Self
When we are fully immersed into the current events, we can focus on the corresponding thoughts and emotions. We are seated in the awareness of self. It is necessary for us to practice the ability to selectively focus on specific awareness.
You are the answer.
We could mediate anytime when we feel needed. We can start by meditation. Whenever we need to start to do something or we feel anxious, we can meditate. As we focus on the breath, we could focus on now and this moment. We are the center of the world. We are the answer.
Part 2: Experiencing Energy
The Secrets of the Spiritual Heart
When we are open to let everything goes through ourselves, the heart becomes a source of energy we could draw upon from our inside. The energy gets blocked when we refuse to admit the things happening. We had better open to no matter what is happening on us, or around us.
The experience of our heart is like an energy center, also like electronic sensory. It is like an awakening being lives in now devices. We should value our spiritual heart, interacting with the flow of current thoughts and events.
We could feel the purification of our heart and our self concept. It's not you, instead what you see creates you.
Transcending the Tendency to Close
