【Comment on the previous assignment】最近我们组来了三位新学员，我对于他们的链接做得很不够，没有及时督促他们交作业，也没有主动关心他们的学习情况。这是我做得不足的地方，内心怀有忏悔心与改过心。之后我会更加主动、耐心地去链接新伙伴，多提醒、多鼓励、多陪伴，让他们感受到小组的温暖，一起坚持学习，共同成长。
Recently, three new members have joined our group. I haven’t done enough to connect with them, nor have I urged them to submit their homework on time or cared about their learning progress. This is my shortcoming. I feel repentant and determined to improve. From now on, I will take the initiative to connect with the new members more patiently, remind and encourage them more often, and accompany them so that they can feel the warmth of our group. We will keep learning and grow together.
