All behavior that out of control is harmful.Not to mention young people spend a lot of time on the internet . The internet is highly addictive for people with poor self-control and young people is just this kind of people. Once young people be indulged in internet will cause both body and mind damage.From a health perspective,sitting for prolonged periods could be bad for your leg and watching the screen for a long time will hurt eye.In addition there is a lot of unfiltered information on the internet. Some of them are not suitable for young people. If young people read them will bid for them grow up. Proper use internet indeed benefit for broadening young people’s horizon but uncontrolled use will hurt them.
