With the help and push of our teachers, I have finished reading the whole story " Who Moved My Cheese". After reading, what makes me reflect on most is who I am like most and who I will try to be.
Sniff has a good nose for change while Scurry can take action immedietely once he has recognized change, who is in the lead in the course of reform. So they are posiive characters but the number of them is small. However, there are too many Hems in our real life. Throughout history, every time a reform took place, there were always too many people resisting it. As a tesult, the reform often ended up in failure. Because most people acted like Hem.
Whether we are leader or a common worker in a team, we like Haw rather than Hem. Haw represents positive people who can adapt to change in time, which is good for the development of the society. Of course, we find it depressing to get along with Hem, who has a negetive attitude toward life and refuses change. But we know changes exsit around us whether we like it or not. So we need to learn from Sniff, Scurry and Haw.
Only when we recognize change, face it bravely, adapt to it and take immediate action can we carry out new policies smoothly and so continuously push our society forward.
