My son is nine years old. He has an average height and has a slim figure. He was born with fair skin, but later thanks to a lot of exposure to the sunlight playing tennis, his skin became dark—a subtropical type. His eyes are interesting. When he was a little baby, his eyes were large and round and both eyelids were double-layered just like mine. However, when he grew older, his eyes became smaller and one of the eyelids became single-layered, resembling his father’s and the other remained double-layered, resembling mine. His face, too, changed over time. When he was little, he had a round face like mine; but now he has acquired a long face like his father’s. You can’t help wondering why such a big change! His nose is not as beautiful as mine—his is flatter and shorter just like his father’s, a typical Cantonese nose. His mouth is small like mine and is just as talkative as me. He wears a Beckham hairstyle, which he believes will make him look cool. In fact, he will always put on a cool look whenever having a photo taken, though in daily life he laughs a lot. Although compared with his peer classmates he is small, he walks with a confident manly stride. When he was younger, he was often mistaken as a little girl because of the girlish look, now he is obviously a little MAN!
