何为阳气：
中医上的五气：元气、宗气、营气、卫气、中气，这五气统称为阳气。阳气是生命之本，人的一生就是一个阳气衰减的过程。阳气足则体健，阳气弱则体衰，阳气竭则身亡。因此，阳气决定着人的健康与生命。
What is yang qi?
Five kinds of qi in traditional Chinese medical science: promordial qi, pectoral qi, nutrient qi, defensive qi and qi of middle-jiao energy, all of which are collectively called as yang qi. Yang qi is the essence of life, and a person’s life is aprocess of yang qi attenuation. 现代人是阳气缺乏的一代人：
饮食：吃冷饮，吃得多，肉食过量，吃反季节食物，化学污染残留，食品添加剂等
生活：晚睡晚起、夏天吹空调、室内生活工作过久、各种受寒，精神压力过大，运动过量，房事过多、经常使用抗生素，化学药物等。
这些都在损耗阳气，导致各种健康问题。
同理，中医上讲的六邪：风、寒、暑、湿、燥、热对身体的侵袭。七情：喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊的过度或失调。都是以损耗人体阳气为后果。但是人体阳气充足就会一正压百邪！
Modern people are a generation lacking in yang qi:
Diet: Havecold drinks, eat excessively with too muchmeat,out-of-season foods, chemical contamination residue, food additives and etc.
Life: Keep late hours, enjoy air conditioning in summer, work and live indoors for too long, catch a chill in various environments, excessive mental stress, exercise and sexual intercourse, frequent application of antibiotics, chemicals and etc.
All of them are all depleting yang qi and causing a variety of health problems.
In a similar way, six evils in traditional Chinese medical science, namely the invasion of wind, cold, heat, wet, dryness and fever to the body. Seven emotionsinclude the excessive and imbalanced joy, anger, sorrow, reflection, sadness, fear and surprise. All of them would lead to yang qi depletion. But 100 evils would be suppressed by sufficient yang qi in human body!

服用原则：

Application principle:

Not applicable for:

Directions for use:

Doses:
