Recently I went to an ancient village in Guangdong province where the yao people,one of ethnic groups in China,live generation by generation .I was shocked by its stunning scenery on the hill which is no less fascinating than paradise.Besides,I felt extremely sorry for the loss of their precious tradition with the process of modernization. The young generations attach little importance to inheriting them and regard them as outdated antiques.
