When I want to be a leader, I need more leaders in my team. When everyone wants to impact other people, the team is motivated and full of power and passion. Why do you need a leader? because the leader came to impact others, but you must find the right member to be a leader as follows your team's vision.

        All the leaders must have the same vision. The vision decides where your team will arrive. These leaders will instead you to leader more people walk forward the team's vision, because the vision is correct direction, other people just follow the right direction, the team vision will realize, all the member's dreams come true.

        In my mind, I think everybody should be a leader. If someone doesn't want to be a leader, the one not a perfect team member, just an employee, because employees don't care what the team vision is, what the team wants to do, but you must remember you can't do all things, you need more people to help you fulfill the vision. So, it's your obligation to find more team leaders. It's really important.

        In the past, I spent more time finding myself leadership, but now I spend more time finding others leadership, because I want to create the greatest team, not the ordinary team, so I need excellent team members, not ordinary members. You must do your best, otherwise you will be taken out of the company. Everyone should have a sense of crisis, it will protect you for safety.

        Remember, when you want to be a leader, you should find more people have some attitudes about leadership. They will help you find your leadership and your destiny.
