So rare good weather it is today.The sun is shining.In fact sunshine is good for our health but at the same time, there are disadvantages of it .Sunlight is conducive to the synthesis of vitamin D in our body.It can also effectively regulate the hormone levels of our bodies.However, we'd better just get the sun in the morning and the sun in the evening,not sitting under the sun too long.Because too much sunlight will destroy our skin,accelerating the aging of our skin.
