It means I am the owner of my life. Everything is under my control.Except my wife.

I will share a real story about me.My company has regular bus.It will take you from regular station to the company.We usually sleep on the bus.when we awake,we will be in the company.
One day my alarm clock ring at 6:00 in the moring.and I turn if off then told to myself.5 more min.Then I go to bed,during the 5 min .An amazing thing happend.I had another dream,In that dream I had already got on the regular bus,so...
When I open my eyes.I was not in the company,and not in the bus.Where am I ?of course I am still on the bed.It is 7:30,I was late.
Dream will never wake you up.unless you have the power to make it come ture.
Why we can not get up early,because we could not sleep early
what is the enemy of Sleeping early？ Nowadays.The answer is smart phone
many people have a cell phone dependence,It means they can't live without a smart phone
We can go out without a wallet, but if you forget the cell phone, It is a disaster,and I found there is another important thing you have to take it everywhere - power Bank.
One day I went out with a mobile phone without power bank , and my phone was dead,I was full of fear that day.
Someone may sent a wechat message to me,and I couldn't see
Maybe someone called me and I missed it.
If I am in danger.and I couldn't call "110"or "119"for help!
When I finally got home,I was anxious to apologize to my wife: Sorry, my phone was dead,
you must spend much time looking for me ,Is everything OK?
She looked at me calmly:"It is OK,I did not look for you because my phone was dead too."

When I opened the phone and found no missed calls, no unread text messages, and no one leave a message under my latest wechat monment.I realize that I was not as important as I thought,I used to spend too much time on the Smart phone every day to pay attention to some unnecessary information.
My life has been changed since March 2017,What happened to me.Do I lost my smart phone? No. I could never do that because this one is the most expensive things in my bag.
My life has been changed because I joined Toastmasters.Even if It is a non-profit org.it is full of passion and we have a lot mission to do in order to finish CC and CL projects.We should changlle ourselves almost everyweek to improve our communication and leadership skills
It makes me busy and happy.especially when you want to say some bad words to other people, you will told yourself you can't do this ,because it is toastmaster taboo.

How to live a ideal life？Spend less time on Smart phones and find sth you really love ,then to do it well
Sleep early，and get up early，use"just do it "instead of "5 more min"
