Objectives: To do the report in a more interractive way. practice TT skills.

Performance: Grammarian, better than predicted, and be more fluent next time. TT, a little excited that the logic was missing. Story-telling skills is better, eg. the twists.

Interpretations：

1.Everyone needs to be accepted, including new and old members and guests.

2.Schedule is fixed, but the main goal is to let members enjoy. So don't strictly be adhered to it.

3.Try to find more common things that the members and guests have.

接下来一个月内要做的事情：

1.Think about the ways to let everyone feel accepted.

2.Talk to VPE to find a better balance between schedule and meeting effects.

3.Interview 8 members and 4 guests for their interests.And say that they are very important to the club, I really want them being seen by others.
