说到企业管理，我认为它既复杂又简单，复杂是简单的过程。
When it comes to business management,I think it is both complicated and simple,and complexity is a simple process.
年轻的时候做企业，往往把简单的事情复杂化。人生是一个既漫长又短暂的过程，我们年轻时没有足够的经历和经验，在生活和工作的实际运作中，常会遭遇种种理想与现实的偏差和背离。无论我们多么激情昂然，也阻挡不住理想的车轮滑落。我们带着希望迎着朝阳启程，却往往抱着失败随着黑暗悲伤。这样的经历叠加了，我们也就成熟了。我们成熟了，也就不再年轻了。人不怕不年轻，就怕不成熟。
When you're young,doing business often complicates simple things.Life is a long and short process.When we were young,we did not have enough experience.In the actual operation of life and work,we often encountered deviations and reversion from ideals and realities.No matter how passionate we were,we could not stop the ideal wheel from falling.We set out to meet the rising sun with hopes,but they often held defeats with dark sadness.This experience stacks up and we are mature.When we are mature,we are no longer young.The people are not afraid of being young,they are afraid of being immature.
所以，经历了，实践了，最后我们才会真的读懂什么叫＂大道至简＂。大道是方法，至简是过程。
Therefore,through the experience,practice,and finally we will really understand what is called"Tao is simple".The truth is the method,and the simplicity is the process.
