One of the benefits of team sport for high school students is that can allows them have a close relationship.Most of the high school students are busy with their studies.So they do not have a lot of opportunities to learn more about others.whereas taking part in a team sport can surely provide an opportunity to bring them together.To achieving succeed,they have to discuss with each other and make plans.During this procession they can know each other better and then promoting friendship.On the other hands,playing a team sport can cultivate high school student's team spirit.Beacuse the family of now is all the celibacy son and daughter generally.So one of them are used to making decision by themselves and also lacking of the team spirit.while playing a team sport have to got a job division.That is to say some one need to be a leader,and others need to work together very well.Only by cooperating with each other can they achieve success.Therefore,it was really helpful to cultivate their team spirit.
