This morning starts up with a very sad podcast. The moment when I heard the speaker, I felt she was being trapped. Her voice is low and soft, with deep breath. 

She is a writer, also a mom. She said, not every failure ends up with being success. Sometime, you fail, but never rise. You just keep going, fail and fail. At the end, She made her point, when you fail, you are beautiful. 

I constantly remind me of learning to appreciate people's beauty.
