You may give a pause to your mental activities and turn your focus to the inside. Switch yourself from a few minutes ago to the moment right here right now. Stop feeding your negative thoughts and still your mind. There is no right, no wrong. No comparison. No need to resist the negative feelings. All feelings are accepted and have their own space in your mind. Just scan your mind, observe your thoughts make friends with your feelings and allow them to be. The last but not least, now drop all the “Shoulds”. Listen, watch, smell, touch, taste and wiggle in this moment.
