All types of work, even if they seem different, have a similar flow of activity to produce a specific result. This flow includes three steps: process, assembly, and test.

In the process step, something is changed or transformed. For example, raw data about a product is changed into selling strategies.

In the assembly step, different parts are put together to make a new thing. For example, different selling strategies are put together to make a sales program.

In the test step, the new thing is checked to make sure it is good. For example, a "dry run" presentation is done to make sure the sales program works well.

These steps can be seen in different kinds of work, like making breakfast, training a sales team, or developing computer software.
