Today is Tuesday.
I must have been very tired yesterday. I got up late this morning, which is half an hour later than usual. It was a really deep sleep. I haven't slept so deeply for a few weeks. Now, I am energetic in learning English again.
Although the holiday has ended, according to Chinese tradition, the New Year will not officially end until the 15th day or even the 19th day. So we are still in the holiday. Haha.
After a long vacation, people always feel blue or listless when they go back to work or study. That is the post holiday syndrome. How to put yourself into work as soon as possible? I have a good idea. Divide your work to some small tasks and make a list, then order them by priority. Just do the most important one without hesitation. When you start to concentrate on your work, everything will be back on track gradually. And take it easy, we are not the superman nor a robot. It's normal to have post holiday syndrome. Even to a machine, it needs some time to reboot.
