net start "MySQL" 如果执行失败 服务名无效，因为net start +服务名，启动的是win下注册的服务。此时，系统中并没有注册mysql到服务中。即下面没有mysql服务
1.进入MySQL的bin目录
2.在命令行窗口输入：mysqld –install，回车，提示：Service successfully installed，代表注册服务成功。
3.测试结果 net start mysql

sc delete ServiceName
停止服务
net stop mysql
