This is my fifth Yogo Month. Attending Yogo class five times a week.
I have attended a trial Yogo class with my colleagues eight years ago. A handsome teacher who is from India taught us. During the class , I felt i was too sick to finish the whole class.Then I have to lay down have rested for a long time . The feeling like you are in carsickness. So i gave up the Yogo class.
It is very important to do some sports if you want to keep your body in health. Especially when you aren’t young any more. So i did some sports by myself , but it was hard to insist on.You would find some excuses to give up the daily training, then come to week training, then month training, then nothing.
After having a child, i have few time to do any sports after working. I definitely need to improve my health. So i want to do any sports in noon time at working day. Then I tried to find a Yogo Studio nearly my office. I must do some actions. After attending a trial Yogo class again, i was still not good like the first time. If i gave up again, i won’t have more chances to do any sports. So i paid the tuition and attended the Yogo class though i was very awful and ate less after every class. After one month, i overcame my in-adaptation finally.
I love Yogo now, Yogo is my part of life. After Yogo, I become more optimistic and healthier.
