My previous text has written about my views on undertake business and now I will write about the fruits of my career.

During the summer of 2016, my two friends and I opterated studio together by the side of my university.In September, one of my friends quit, and now I'm running the studio with Star.

Three of us are in different schools, friends of the school is far away, and I and Star's school closer to the studio.After the summer vacation, my trip to Xi'an folk songs, folk songs after for children are not too familiar with the students and I together star strokes.She came to class every weekend, because the school is far away, come late, she has been doing this for 3 times, one time, our holiday, I went home. She came to school late again. So I was very worried on the way home.I tried to communicate with her, let her go out to a little earlier. Once I was ready to go home, her micro letter told me, she was caught in the car jam and might be late.I said," you always have more things." She said, "yes, I have more things."Later she offered to withdraw the money, because I was unfriendly to her, and every time she came to class very hard, I was going to blame her.I didn't want to face her any more. I felt I had nothing to say to her.In principle, I saw a word like " Realize that you have nothing to fear from truth.  ", so I plucked up my courage to call her and asked her out. Let's talk about it. (after ten rounds on the school playground, I called.)

Chatting with my classmates, why is it not my fault, and I am the one who should take the initiative?

The classmate said, "you are right, this is you take the initiative to solve the problem."

With the encouragement (of my classmates), I am more determined to make this call. All night long talk with her for nearly five hours. All the things that have been not untied.And I'm pretty sure I wouldn't treat her as my friend.It's just the first small piece of business.

For undertaking business, I can derive experience and instruction. First and formost, encounter things and instead of escaping, face bravely. Furthermore, I  will not take the initiative to communicate with others, communicate ideas in mind. This thing, but also the inertia of feel reluctant to communicate, let things. In the development (of reading first principle) believe the truth, know the truth is not what one should be afraid. Yes, what I have done.Last but not least,  I don't need any insincere friends in life. I also value my friends more now.
