Have a regular sleep.It relaxes the eye muscles and gives them the rest required.Usually you must sleep for at least seven to eight hours every day,or you will get dark circles under the eyes.
Exercise eyes every day.Blink your eyes regularly,which makes the eyeballs watery,and give them a good wash.
Use your eyes in right ways.Rubbing is harmful to your eyes.For example,if a small thing goes into your eyes,don't rub it.Don't read or write in the sun .Too much reading,writing,watching TV or working on the computer can also make eyes tired,so a good rest is required.In a word,taking care of your eyes is important.

My good habit is eating breakfast every day and drinking enough water.I often choose fresh fruits and vegetables.However,I sometimes eat junk food like chips after school.I also drink too much cola instead of sugar-free drinks .They are so sweet.To improve,I'll try to eat more whole grains and fish.I plan to replace snacks with nuts and fruits .From now on,I'll choose sugar-free drinks and limit junk food to once a week .
