Do you like cooking?

definitely yes！i'm a huge fan of cooking. i think cooking is a very important life skill. more importantly，i really enjoy cooking for my family and friends. actually，i'm a cooking expert. i like to cook a big meal and invite my friends over to share it . if all dishes are eaten up ，i will feel a great sense of achievement.

Would you like to take cookery lessons?

i suppose i would. like i said，cooking is a very important life skill and cookery  classes are very fun and helpful. i think there are some free ways to take cookery lessons. for example ，you can download the cookery shows form internet and learn by yourself . it's free. besides，i have the opportunity to learn from my dad. he is a good cook and he would be willing to teach me step by step patiently. i can say that i'm most likely to study somehting one or two on cooking skills. i mean that's important to me.

Why do so many people like cooking?

well，off the top of head is that people can gain a sense of achievement from cooking. besides，this is a good bonding opportunity  when share the big meal cooked by yourself with your family members or friends. what's more ，a lot of people don't like to eat outside coz fast food or restaurant  food contains too much fat，salt or sugar which is harmful for our health. （eating outside  is also more expensive than eating at home .）

What are the （most） popular sports in your country?

well，i suppose many sports are well-liked here，like jogging，hiking ，playing badminton and swimming. particularly，some extreme sports have become popular over the past few years，like diving，rafting（a：漂流），rock climbing and so on. i think swimming is the most popular sports coz whenever you go to a public swimming pool，you will find it's jam-packed with people and it's hard for people to swim.

Do you prefer indoor sports or outdoor sports?

actually，i prefer outdoor activities like cycling and hiking which can help me closer to nature and i can soak/oh/ up the vitamin D. i just feel fresh and energetic when i'm outdoors. if i‘m not very busy，i would like to go jogging along the riverside near my home. it's super enjoyable and helps me recharge my battery.

what kind of physical exercise do you like？

i really enjoy working out. actually I'm a gym rat. so in fact i dig many sports like jogging，swimming，cycling and so on. i think regular exercise is good for our health. to be more specific（鹅，重音在c），sports can develop our strength and speed and boost our immune system.

do u think children should do sports regularly？

absolutely yes！without a doubt that sports play a crucial role in kids' lives. off the top of my head is that regular sports allow kids to lead a healthier life. what's more，team sports like football，volleyball can help children develop their teamwork skills and communication skills. so parents should encourage their children to have an active lifestyle.

Do you prefer individual sports or team sports？

well，it's hard to say which one l prefer. i like both of them. team sports would be a good opportunity to bond with our family members or friends，team sports also can develop our teamwork skills and communication skills.

Who's your favourite sports star?

well，i suppose 李娜 is my favorite sports star. she is the first Asian player to win a Grand Slam singles title. the reason why i adore her is that she is the most outstanding female tennis player in China so far，not only has excellent skills，but also has a very strong personality.

Would you like to participate in the Olympic Games?

actually，i took part in the 2008 olympic games in beijing，not as an athlete，but as a volunteer. my teammates and i were in charge of the dance performance at the handball arena.（鹅‘ri：n鹅）it was a very special experience and we witnessed the greatest global sporting events on the spot.

Which is more popular in your country, coffee or tea?

well，thinking of this question，i would say it depends on the age. young people prefer coffee while elderly people prefer tea.

When was the last time you drank coffee or tea?

回答1 actually，i drink coffee almost every day，or rather（更确切地说），every morning. For most of us, the cup of coffee is a simpl，a harmless and enjoyable way to kick-start the day or give us an excuse for some time out.

回答2 actually，just the day before yesterday. i met an old friend . we went to a trendy-looking cafe in downtown and spent all the night chatting and drinking coffee. it was a pretty enjoyable night.

What do you usually prepare for your guests, coffee or tea?

well ，like i said，people at different ages likes different drinks. i prefer to prepare coffee when young friends come to my home. black coffee、ice coffee、cappuccino are all quite popular among yong people. by contrast，i usually prepare green tea，puer tea and red tea for elderly friends.

Who do you usually spend holidays with?

well，actually，the one that i prefer to go on with should be my parents. you know，i usually get busy with work . i hardly spend some time with them. they aged in the past few years. what i try to do is to spend a bit more time with them.

What's your favourite public holiday?

well，i suppose it would be the National Day my favourites. one of the biggest reasons is that we can enjoy a long holiday on national day，it lasts 7 days so we can do a lot of things during this special period. like i said，i personally prefer to hang out with my parents. we usually travel abroad to see the outside world. we all love the sea. you know，staying in a beach resort just loosen us up.

Do you think there should be more public holidays?

definitely yes！i think everybody needs holidays. a lot of people today are suffering.they are suffering from all kinds of pressures，like the family conflicts，the financial prombles，the pressure from work，from study，and so on. most of them today need more public holidays for real. the holidays are a great time to decompress（减压） /i/. so it's very important i think.

Do you prefer watching films at the cinema or at home?

actually，i really into watching movies at the cinema not only because its huge screen and louder speakers，but also i think it' s some quality time i can spend with my boyfriend. watching films at the cinema with your lover is really romantic，right？besides，another important factor that makes me attached to （着迷）cinema is that you can see the latest and box-Office hit（最叫座）.

Do you prefer watching films alone or with someone else?

actually，i prefer watching movies with my families or friends，especially with my boyfriend as i said. it's a good opportunity to go out and hang out with others. after films，we can talk about the same topic，like the best actor or actress in it，the most exciting scene and so on.

Who's your favourite film star?

well，off the top of my head is 章子怡. it's a household name in China. she is an a-list Chinese actress. one of the biggest reasons i adore her is outstanding acting and her passion for movies. beside，she' s not only beautiful but also intelligent. that's it.

Have you ever met any film stars in person?

well，actually ，i have met lots of film stars at an awards ceremony，that's 2008 olympic songs awards ceremony in beijing. unlike Hollywood，most Chinese stars can sing and act，like Eason chan，Nick 谢，karen mok and so on. so i think i have ever met many Chinese movie stars.

Do people in your country like international film stars?

yes，i think so，many Chinese people are really into international movie stars，especially Hollywood stars，like

but more and more Chinese actors and actresses have achieved international stardom and exerted greater influence on the international stage. we are quite adore and proud of them. in this sense，we also can say we are huge fans of international film start.

what's kind of movie is yourfavorite？which film is your favorite？

well，i am crazy about various kinds of movies，like romance，comedy，drama（故事片，dra：m鹅），action ，sai-fi（科幻，saifai），music and so on. well，it's too much to say. but if i had to pick up the favorite，i suppose it would be music. the last musical film i saw was la la land，which combined two of my favorite element，jazz music and romance. it's an incredible film. the starrings both had perfect performance in it and the whole movie was filled with beautiful images and lush colors.
