Beer Braised Duck
Ingredients:
1.a can of beer
2.a duck (put away the duck organs)
3.5 cloves garlic, 5 pieces fresh gingers , 3 pieces star anise, 4 pieces myrcia , 1piece cassia (you can by the spice in bags used for pork dish in the supermarket)
4.some dried chillies
5.2 spoon full dark soy sauce
6.50ml oil
7.a little salt
8.some onions
9.a green pepper
Method:
1. Wash the duck clean, cut it into small cubes.Cut the green pepper into pieces.
2.Put the ducks to the pot which is full of cold water,use the soft fire and bring the water to boil .
3.Take the ducks out from the pot,put away the water, and clean the pot.
4.Heat the pot,pour the oil in,put in the garlic,gingers,star anise,dried chillies,onions,fried them for a moment.
5.Put in the ducks,fried them for 2minutes,and then ,pour in the soy sause and beer,then pour a bowl of water,stew them for about 20 minutes.
6. Wait until the soup is dry,add the green pepper and a little salt .
