崇宁重宝，中国古钱币之一。北宋徽宗崇宁年间铸（公元1102年~1106年）。崇宁重宝是北宋末年比较重要的钱币之一。它是宋徽宗皇帝亲笔御书，千百年来，古钱币历经沧桑，存世数目越来越少。材质有铜、铁、银。 崇宁重宝钱文隶书，古朴方正，严谨庄重，法度固定，制作多亦精好。另有崇宁通宝钱文为徽宗御书瘦金体，铁划银钩，深具骨秀格清之气韵，书法超妙绝伦，堪称币文楷书之颠峰。世人评此为“宋代第一泉”，与新莽并称中国钱发“二圣”。
此组崇宁重宝正面铸刻“崇宁重宝”四字，所有字体均刻画工整清晰，钱币背面素无纹饰。钱币的中央部分，是打孔的正方形图案，方正大方，落落得体，轮廓立体，这种钱币铸造形状便于老百姓将其串起来挂在身上，不易丢失。而此枚钱币整体制作精良，版面清晰秀美，文字方正，在经过时间的洗礼，岁月的冲刷后成古铜色，包浆自然，更富有其浓厚的历史感。
众所周知，崇宁重宝是宋徽宗崇宁年间铸行的钱币，以一当十行用。史书称其钱文与崇宁通宝一样出自徽宗赵佶亲书，庄重大方，笔划起落得体，虽史无定论，但亦为世人所爱。崇宁重宝当时的铸造发行量较为稀少，历代以来战争连绵不断，崇宁通宝损失惨重，至今，其存世量很是稀少，值得收藏。

For thousands of years, ancient COINS have gone through many vicissitudes and the number of them has been decreasing. They are made of copper, iron and silver.
