In the picture,a couple is holding a wedding ceremony. Except for a priest, three sales representatives from insurance companies are also present. Under the picture, the caption reads:"Insure against marriage?" The intended message of the picture is that marriage is far less secure today, which makes "buying insurance for it" seems a natural option.
In my opinion,we should restore the trust and commitment in a relationship to ensure a happy and lifelong marriage. First,we should have faith in our partner. Mistrust is not uncommon in today's society. However,a relationship without trust is like a car without gas,we can stay in it as long as we want but it won't go anywhere. Thus,we should love our partner without fear and trust him or her without wondering,so as to keep our relationship clear of doubts and worries. Second, honoring our commitment is equally important in a happy marriage. We may be tempted by having an affair, but the oath we took is the constant reminder of who we really love and how much we are willing to sacrifice for him or her. The commitment would empower us to fight against the temptation.
In short, mutual trust and commitment are two elements in a secure marriage.
