I'll begin my reflectiom.My topic iT.The theme of of this unit is According to the reqgirement of the new curviculum standard,we need to inprove students' core competencies: Languge ability,cultural awarenes, thinking quality and learningability.I'll reflet on my lesson from three aspects:1. highlights2. shortcomings 3.imgrovenent
measures
1.Highlights (advantages)
Task-Driven Learning:
-Clear study objectives (based on textbooks and standards).
- Simple lesson plans (focus on key points).
- Easy task instructions (used in the whole class).
I use a video(about the students) to start with lesson.It can catch the students' attention righ away and it's much faster than starting with just words.At the same time,it stimulates students'eyes and ears, making their brains more active.The students can enter the cass in a positive state.
With tasks, you join actively, think hard, and the class runs smoothly. This stops blind learning and makes you more willing to study and focus better!
For listening practice, I deign pre-listening guidance.For example guide the students observe the pictures read the words or phrases and predict possible key words or answers. While listening I pay attention to the usage of listening skills such as listening for key words, taking notes or Write down the first letter of the words. After listening,I design pair work or group work to practice the target language to achieve transfer and innovation,And also develop their teamwork skills.
3. Interactive Classrooms
We focus on students first. Teachers and students talk a lot and work well together. Teachers ask questions, listen carefully, guide students, share ideas, and help when students need it. Students also interact in many ways—like group discussions and working together to explore topics. This lets everyone share thoughts and learn from each other, making the class democratic, friendly, and lively.
4. Various Ways of Evaluation
We care about how students learn (process) and what they finally learn (result). This helps students learn better and teachers teach better. We praise students for speaking up in class or working well in groups. Teachers, classmates, and even students themselves give feedback. This makes teaching, learning, and evaluation work well together to help students grow.
Teacher-student evaluation ,peer evaluation and self-evaluation run through the whole class.Using group points to evaluate students can get improve the active participation.In the self-evaluation part, I guide all the students to evaluate themselves, this helps improve their ability of independent learning and reflection.
二、shortcomings
The time management was very reasonable.The part of warm up is a bit long and i spend too much time on listening.Because of this. there isn not enough time for more students to show their work.
I will pay attention to time management and give more time to students this should the student center educational idea for the students WHO did not get a chance to show themselves this time or give them the opportunity to present in the next of talk.

All in all, I think the objectives have been basically achieved. The activity design is quite reasonable and the students participation is relatively high.
