I used to be irritable.As time goes by ,I do learn from the life and tend to temperate.However, you can't avoid getting angry because of different matters ,big or small.

A few months ago in my company, the network department added some new functions to our website.Before applying these new functions, colleagues in the internet department should teach others in the company  how to use it.When the leader of the internet department was explaining these new functions, we listeners came up with our confusions.However, the leader lost his temper ,saying  we didn't listen to him carefully and failed to follow him .As a result ,all of us thought him a nerd who was in his own world and couldn't think in our place.Maybe he thought these functions were so easy that we could get it quickly.However,he forgot that we were outsiders who needed a thorough and clear show instead of some blurred conception.What's more ,when I asked him to tell me the difference between certain two charts.He said he had explained to me a couple of times before .I felt wordless as he didn't even told me once.I said, “Are you sure that you have told me before?”.'Oh ,forget it .It would hardly be necessary to argue over this ?He answered.

I really hate "forget it".Maybe some persons will say it's right to let go such kind of thing.We should be tolerant and it seems to be mean when you get hold of this and don't let it go.In my book, once misunderstanding appears ,we should find the cause of the misunderstanding .Only in this way can those involved in the misunderstanding  truely  forgive each other and let things go.The sentence "forget it " doesn't always mean being tolerant.It means a lack of ways to solve the problem.It means avoiding telling right from wrong.
