I am writing this letter to give some opinion of the use of plastic bags. The regulations of restricting the use of plastic bags was not successful in some areas.we should solve this problem soon with the help of your newspaper.
There are two counter measures to solve this problem. First and foremost, we should lead people to be aware of this problem through reporting it in newspaper. In addition, you could make some report to supervise the use of plastic bags.
I am appreciate your consideration of my suggestions. I really hope my suggestions can decrease the use of plastic bags.
