收获：本书的一个基本理念是，英语课堂应该提现英语国家的文化，强调教学语言的文化内涵。如在课堂上打招呼教师用命令句，祈使句还是委婉的问句（这一点是以前从没有注意过的问题，这会体现英语国家的师生平等的文化理念，而不是教师是绝对权威）
