Today, Kevin told me "Lex's English is pretty good. We did some exercise, we watched TV about the exercise, but we didn't do it like TV's. So some teachers taught us how to do it. And some children didn't have mat with them." I asked him if he shared his mat with others, he said "no, it's too small, we can't share.". And I also asked him if they did Yoga, but he didn't know what's the meaning of Yoga.
Actually, they did Yoga, meanwhile, maybe they did some other excercises. I' m not sure.

2. PD 实践
最近只能说自我情绪管理的不错，孩子的拖拉问题，依然在探索解决办法。就目前而言，仅仅依靠一日流程表的约束以及妈妈和善而坚定的督促改善并不大。因为最近一直在搬家，很多正面管教工具还没有完全应用，周末全部搞定后，一日流程表、选择轮、优点树等等全部上墙。期待看到每日的改变。
