PART2 Thoughts

今天读到了有目的的练习第一，要敢于跳出舒适区（comfort zone)，第二，要有明确的目标，第三，要有反馈。

自己遇到障碍要自己想办法解决，不是逃避问题， 也许你困惑的问题就在这个障碍里面。

书中也写到了，刻意练习其实是需要有规定的刻意练习的，并不是愉快轻松的。

自己学习了这么多年的英语，一直长进不大，其实就是自己没有坚持做好一件事，想想主要原因是我没有目标，就是为了学而随变的学。自己发音一直没有进步的原因今天感觉也找到原因了，就是没有反馈，光自己读，从来不听自己的录音，其实自己知道录音是可以很好的提高听力和口语的，就是自己的惰性太大，希望在今天可以学着改变，因为我真正的领悟到了学习的方法。
