1.To influence or cause a person or thing to change in some way 影响
例句：This decision will affect the rest of my life. 这个决定会影响我的后半生。
2.A disease causes a person or animal to become ill 疾病困扰
例句：A lot of people are affected by cancer. 很多人被癌症困扰。

noun名词: affection 喜爱/感染, affectation 造作/假装
adjective形容词: affected 受影响的, affective 表达情感的, affecting 动人的, affectional 爱情的
adverb副词: affectedly 假装地, affectingly 令人感动地
Effect 影响
1.The result caused by something else 影响
例句：The crisis had a negative effect on trade. 这场危机对贸易产生了负面影响。
2.An impression that someone creates 印象
例句：The whole effect is light and warm. 整体印象是明亮和温暖。
3.Special sounds and sceneries in a film 影片中的特殊效果
例句：The sound effect are okay. 音响效果还可以。
