This weekend was very nice and there was a lot of players and on Saturday first session I was assigned to assist the older team where we did a session that includes passing the ball to each other,
then we did change areas where you have to pass a long pass and follow the ball in order to switch position.
And then they played a game we tried to use more pass in the game the result was really nice
. And the end the coach told them what they need to fix and improve.
On Sunday morning the team I was assisting we did a training that involved passing and moving and then we did shoot before the game
there was an improvement the players could coordinate but there still need to improve the finishing and scoring part.
On the second session we did a training that involves dribbling mostly. where the warm up the players started by kicking their ball to another players ball and then we learnt a dribbling exercise and we did as a competition.
The second session we did an exercise that involving passing where a player should come one place and use the inner foot and the out foot the stop the ball in a designated area then we introduced the same exercise with passing the ball.
And we tried the attacking exercise where the coach passes the ball and the players compete to score the goal and made it a competition between them to try to score as many as they can
.
Then they played a game of 4vs4 and tried to make players learning position and the result was really good thy were able to score attack and defend as one team
. and we did a starching that was led by coach Simon and finished as one team
