创新的路径
首先对特斯拉的创始人在家捣鼓实验的事迹,有很大好感,想到堂弟也是从小从天文望远镜观星,到显微镜看植物切片、寄生虫标本,家里养着毒蝎子和大蜘蛛等,最后念数学转了建筑系,也在强度极高的事务所留下来做设计。从小的好奇心和动手能力培养,造就了创造性和实干型的工程师们。
还有一点是创业的方向可以一点点微调的,尤其对于连续创业者。虽然之前也是做其他的技术创新项目,拿不到投资就也加入了特斯拉的初始核心团队。这类的例子真的并不新鲜。
要做就做极致
油电混合动力的汽车就不是纯粹的极致颠覆了,修修改改,最后想要一个截然颠覆传统的产品,就是到极致,纯电力动力。不成功,便成仁。
