1. Have you ever done any water sports?
Yes, definitely! I've been swimming for ages, which keeps me healthy and fit. Apart from it, I've also tried other sorts of aquatic sports. For example, I went boating with my friends last week on a lake in the central park. Rowing on the surface of the calm lake made me feel really refreshed.
2. What kind of water sports do you want to try?
Well, I think for all the sports that I've done, there's nothing really that thrilling. I mean I've only tried simple things like swimming or diving. So given the chance, I would really like to try some extreme sports such as surfing or speed boating. Those types of activities really appeal to me.
3. Are water sports popular in China?
Well, it depends on the region. China is an enormous country, and regions vary geographically. The coastal cities enjoy nice beaches, so people there often go diving or swimming. But, for some inland cities, it would be hard to find vast open water, so aquatic sports are less common in those cities.
