*每个人带自己的球加动作。Dribbling through small goals and be read to make a movement in case the coach gives a sign.

*颠球8分钟

2) coordination &sprint movement and be the first to pick the ball.and dribble.up.to.a fixed point..A player whose speed in high take one point.

Notice: coordination.and.dribbling movement all were supposed to be up.to standards
