- Minnesota senator Al Franken is breaking his silence after allegations that he groped several women surfaced earlier this month. Franken spoke to a handful of Minnesota media outlets Sunday saying he is 'embrrassed and shamed' adding that he is looking forward to return in job on Monday.
- Authroties in Spain said at least 22 people were injured after the floor of a night club collapsed overnight on Sunday on the island of Xxx. Officials said revelers plunged about on story below after the floor gave way sending victims into the basement. Two of whom were seriously hurt.
- In Argentina the US Navy assisted Argentinian authorities Sunday as they continues to search for a missing submarine that vanished 11 days ago. Officials lost contact with the vessel on Nov. 15. A crew of 44 is believed to be on board.
- And this beauty queue made history over the weekend when she took center stage as Miss Minnesota USA Pageant. A true inspiration, 22-year-old Mikayla Holmgren is the first person with down syndrome to compete in any Miss USA state pageant.
