外部引导只是第一步,目的是让人逐渐形成习惯,这就需要internal trigger
3. Internal trigger: emotions, especially negative ones(eg:Yin use instagram when she fear a special moment will lost forever)
We use products to find solutions to problems.(the pain they seek to solve) 所以这些产品设计者就是在找我们的弱点,比如孤独,那就用facenook,微信,各种发状态,各种留言。

我们为什么发短信?为什么看电视?这些习惯帮我们解决了什么?同样,如果想戒掉这些瘾,我们可以问问自己,我为什么要玩微信?我是从来没有想过这个问题。需要和他人联系,那为什隔五分钟就想看?我是怕错过什么吗?对我来说其实更多的是把他当作一种放松,和工作学习相比。那么我是否可以找到其他放松的替换方式呢?
