3. 权利义务
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1 于乙方当次运输任务完成前，甲方有权随时要求乙方中止业务、返还货物、变更到达地或收货人，对乙方因此所增加的合理支出，甲方确认后另行支付予乙方。
3.1 Before the completion of a transportation by Party B, Party A has the right to request Party B at any time to suspend the transportation, return the goods, or change the delivery destination or consignee. Party A shall, upon confirmation, separately pay Party B for any reasonable costs incurred therefrom.
3.2 甲乙双方均不得违反货物进出国家或地区有关物流运输的相关规定，货物运输需办理审批、检验等手续的，甲方应将已办理各项手续的文件送交乙方或委托乙方代为办理，乙方不得异议。
3.2 Both Parties must comply with local laws and regulations of goods' export / import country or region on logistics and transportation. Where any approval, inspection or quarantine, or other certificates are required for a transportation, Party A shall send relevant certificates to Party B or authorize Party B to complete the procedures using Party A's documents, to which Party B shall not have objections.
3.3 甲方须按合同约定按时支付乙方物流服务费用。
3.3 Party A shall pay logistics service fees in a timely manner according to the Contract.
3.4 乙方须依本合同约定及甲方要求迅速、准确、安全地提供物流服务。
3.4 Party B shall provide logistics services in a prompt, accurate and safe manner according to the Contract and Party A's requirements.
3.5 乙方根据秉承迅速有效兼顾经济实惠的原则建议货物运输方式，如陆运、空运、海运或联运等，但最终的运输方式须经甲方确认同意。
3.5 Party B may, taking into account both speed and cost-efficiency, recommend an appropriate mode of transport, such as by land, air, ocean or combined transport, which shall be finally confirmed by Party A.
3.6 乙方保证具有从事本约服务所需的合法资质，若因乙方资质问题致甲方遭受的所有损失均由乙方承担；乙方如需将本约服务业务之部分或全部交付第三方承办的，需事前取得甲方同意，乙方应担保该第三方在提供物流服务过程中履行本合同中乙方之同等义务，如有违反，乙方应与该第三方负连带赔偿责任。
3.6 Party B guarantees that it possesses all necessary qualifications for the service hereunder and will compensate Party A for any losses incurred therefrom. Party B shall not subcontract any part or the entirety of the service to a third party without Party A's prior consent. Should subcontracting occur with Party A’s consent, Party B must ensure that the third party fulfil the same obligations as Party B during the shipment process, and Party B shall assume joint and several liabilities for any breach of the Contract by the third party.
3.7 本合同服务期内，乙方须依甲方要求按时到达甲方指定地点提货，妥善谨慎地装载、搬移、运输、保管、卸除货物，并安全、完整、及时地送达货物及相关单证资料至甲方指定地点并提交给甲方指定收货人。
3.7 During the contract term, Party B must follow Party A's instructions to pick up the goods on time from the designated location, load, transport, store, and unload the goods with proper care, and deliver the goods and relevant documents safely, completely, and timely to the designated location and consignee.
3.8 若需办理通关手续，则乙方应依甲方要求完成货物通关作业。乙方应于通关时向海关部门提供完整、正确的报关单据及其他相关单据。因乙方疏忽或过失致通关时少报、漏报、混报相关单据等致甲方遭受的所有补缴税款、罚款及其他损失，均由乙方负全部赔偿责任；甲方可直接从物流费中予以扣除。
3.8 When customs clearance is required, Party B must follow Party A's instructions to complete the clearance procedure and submit complete and accurate customs declaration and other necessary documents to the customs authority. In the event of discrepancies, such as under declaration, missing items, or incorrect item mixes, due to Party B's negligence or fault, Party B shall be solely and fully responsible for covering all compensatory taxes, fines, and any other losses incurred by Party A. Party A may deduct such costs directly from the logistics fees owed to Party B.
3.9 乙方应对运输货物进行验收，货物验收时发现实际货物与甲方提供的单证、验收资料的要求不符或货物的外包装已受损，乙方应及时书面告知甲方。
3.9 Party B is required to inspect the goods prior to pick-up and promptly notify Party A in writing if there is a discrepancy between the actual goods and the shipping documents or inspection information provided by Party A, or if the goods' outer packaging is damaged.
3.10 对于甲方已办理投保的货物。货物出险时，乙方必须保护现场、拍照留存，并在第一时间通知甲方。乙方须协助甲方申请保险查勘取证、提供造成货物损失的相关证明和单证等，全力配合甲方处理理赔事宜。
3.10 For any goods covered by an insurance policy purchased by Party A, should any loss occur, Party B must secure the scene of the loss, take and preserve photographs, and promptly notify Party A. Party B is also required to assist Party A in applying for an insurance survey and evidence collection, providing all documents and certificates related to the goods' loss, and fully cooperating with Party A in processing the insurance claims.
