In order to cross the river without a bridge over it,we must step on the stones step by step until we reach the other side.And I'm going to talk about one of my favourite stones-books.This stone is large .It contains lots of knowledge,and for most of them ,I haven't even know a little,and that's one of the reasons why I choose this stone.It makes me feel small,and then I feel safe.I feel I still can think about what I'm curious about, get what I want,reach where I wanna go to by stepping on this stone.If I want to learn more,I will read a book. It's a colorful stone as well.As I am reading books,it sometimes makes me cry ,or frown,or laugh.But most of the time ,I am silent. Meanwhile,my heart is rolling ,and no one can tell what I've been through ,you just can appretiate it,and only the one who have step on this stone can feel the way I feel .Just as you're standing in front of a wonderful drawing in a gallery,you're appreciating it ,and you keep silent,and all kinds of emotions will pour into you according to what you have seen. Then you feel satisfied and have a rich feeling.That's also how I feel when I am reading a book.This stone is substantial too.Knowledge is connected.Even though every books have different contents,thier themes are all the same.About love ,about hope,about relationships and so on. Themes combine each stories together,just like a reunion of old friends.These themes are also the themes of human beings.By reading we know each other and ourselves more,we become more closer and united.Books contain cultrues.They connect tightly with the roots and sources of cultrues,this makes books more solid and more powerful.
That's my little stone,and I will keep the stone whenever I'm going to cross a river .
