PDA

Do you know what PDA means? Today I read an article and learned  this word. It means public displays of affections. And some people  say that they like to see other people showing their love life, but others think it's unacceptable. For me, I am okay if they post pictures or videos that are proper and decent. But I don't  understand why some people post videos that they are kissing, like a long time French kissing. I know it's their freedom to post anything but I can't understand their purpose. If they record it as a romantic memory just between the couples, then I totally understand. But it's a little weird to put it online and let a lot of strangers to watch and comment.
